PUPIL BEHAVIOUR MANAGER
Salary: £26,421 – £28,770 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,366 – £24,354 pa ) pay award pending
Salary Grade: Grade 4
Hours: 36.40 hours per week , Term Time plus 3 days
Location: Rochdale Road, Shaw, Oldham, OL2 7HS

As a Pupil Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive school environment, promoting good behaviour, and addressing challenges head on. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Year and the Pastoral Team to identify behaviour issues and disengagement and implement targeted intervention strategies.

Founded in 1926, Crompton House is an 11 – 18 co-educational Church of England comprehensive school and sixth form with Multi Academy Trust status.
