Inspiring FUTURES - KS5

Crompton House School Inspiring FUTURES Curriculum

Students who join us for Key Stage 5 have a structured careers programme to support them as they consider their pathways for either Higher Education, apprenticeships or employment. Form time & drop down days ensure students are supported with applications, CV writing and mock interviews to understand how to perform at interview.

Further to this, we support students in writing UCAS personal statements and ensure they have employer encounters through our structured Higher Education Drop Down Days. Students aspiring to university are encouraged to complete the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ). Students also participate in work experience placements (we encourage students to link these with potential future pathways).

Students are provided with Academic Tutors who have experience of or significant knowledge of the areas reflected by ‘A Level’ choices / interests.
