‘Then they will say to the King, “Master, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you, thirsty and give you a drink? And when did we ever see you sick or in prison and come to you?’ Then the King will say, ‘I’m telling the solemn truth: Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.”’ Matthew 25:37-40
On the 17th October our assemblies took place, lead by Rev Beck Wilkinson, to celebrate Harvest; a time when we show our gratitude for the food we have grown and produced.
Students had the chance to learn more about this special occasion as well as the work by the Oldham Foodbank. Our school collected food from staff, parents and carers to donate to those in times of need through this organisation. We also spread the message through our screens around the school click here to view
