Welcome to our transition page. We know that the transition from primary to secondary school is exciting and that there is a lot of information to absorb.

This page will be updated with all the information that is sent home and some extra resources to help introduce you to Crompton House and support you in the move to Year 7, so please check back once you receive your transition information.
